The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for the recording and management of all the Town’s Vital Records, Meeting Minutes, Dog Licensing, Motor Vehicle Registrations, and conducting all local, state and national elections as well as voter registration and absentee ballot requests.

  • APPOINTMENTS – PLEASE: Although walk-in services are available for all transactions, please be advised that customers with appointments will be given priority. Walk-in’s will be handled if and as time allows.
  • No Walk-Ins will be accepted after 4:00 PM

Online Services

Dog Licensing

You can now renew your dog online. Enter just one of your license numbers and all your dogs will come up for your review. This service is brought to you by EB2Gov. There is a convenience fee that is charged should you choose to renew online.

E-Reg Motor Vehicle Registration:

Allows you to request any vehicle renewal online! Payment is accepted via e-check. Your Checking Account information will be requested to complete the transaction. You will receive your registration(s) in the US mail. This service is low cost to the town with a convenience fee charged for those who choose to use it.

Registration Estimates

You can get an estimate for a renewal or for a new vehicle you are purchasing. Simple screens walk you through the process of getting you the most accurate estimate possible which even includes the vehicle valuation system towns and cities use.

Vital Records and Certificates Request

Certified certificates for birth, death, divorce, and marriage licenses can be requested online. Performed by your town office and sent to you with a variety of shipping options.
