TOWN OF FREEDOM

 

Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for Variances from the Town of Freedom Zoning Board of Appeals and Site Plan Review from the Town of Freedom Planning Board to construct a Wireless Telecommunications Service Facility including a 150-foot tall monopole-style tower at EATON ROAD, TAX ASSESSOR MAP 12, LOT 12.  The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 150 feet.  Said Visibility Demonstration will be held MONDAY MARCH 10, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting.  In the event of inclement weather on March 10, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until Wednesday, March 12, 2025, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on March 12, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.  If you have any questions concerning said Visibility Demonstration, please contact Francis D. Please click the link below to view Sample Ballots for Town and School Elections and proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance – March 11, 2025.   Polls open at 9:00 am in the downstairs of the Town Hall, located at 16 Elm Street.  Town Meeting itself will be upstairs at the Town Hall commencing at 9:00 am immediately following the opening of the polls.

Town Meeting this year will be held on March 11th at the Town Hall located at 16 Elm Street. The polls will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. unless there is a vote to keep the polls open to a late hour. Town Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. at which time all other warrant articles will be presented, discussed and acted upon. The State deadline to post the MS-636 is no later than February 24th (RSA 39:5;31:95; 669:2) and will be posted at all polling places, post office and at the clerks office and on the Towns website. Town Reports per RSA 31:95; 41:14 will be available no later than March 4, 2025 at the Town Office and the Post Office located at 19 Elm St. Unit 2.
