PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF FREEDOM
Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for Variances from the Town of
Freedom Zoning Board of Appeals and Site Plan Review from the Town of Freedom
Planning Board to construct a Wireless Telecommunications Service Facility including a
150-foot tall monopole-style tower at EATON ROAD, TAX ASSESSOR MAP 12,
LOT 12. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location
and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed
location to a height of 150 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held SATURDAY
APRIL 5, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions
permitting. In the event of inclement weather on April 5, 2025, the Visibility
Demonstration will be rescheduled until Sunday, April 6, 2025, weather and wind
conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on April 6, the Visibility
Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next WEEKEND day and each successive
WEEKEND day until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration. If
