The Town-Wide Property Revaluation will be finished this fall.
Because of Market fluctuations and the direct affect it is having on property values, the Selectboard elected to do the property revaluation a year early.
NH-DRA staff will be in Town verifying properties that have been visited by Town contracted assessors over the past 4 years.
Town assessors, from R.B. Wood Associates, and the State appraiser will have identification. Please see FAQ link below.
