WINTER PARKING BAN

Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 41:8, 41:11, 47:17, and any other applicable Revised Statutes Annotated, the following Board of Selectmen of the Town of Freedom hereby ordain as follows:

Parking Ban – In Effect from November 15 to May 1

From November 15^th to May 1^st of each year, no person shall park any motor vehicle on any public highway at any time in such a manner as to impede snow plowing, snow removal or road surface treatment operations, or emergency vehicle and/or equipment access.
